High Performance Triathlon Program
The high performance Triathlon Program provides a unique opportunity for students to develop their physical fitness and skills required for the three disciplines of triathlon – swim, bike and run. Triathlon is one of the fastest growing sports around the world.
The program allows students who currently participate in Triathlon to complete some of their training during school time and elevate them to achieve their best. In addition to providing an entire body workout and improving cardiovascular endurance, triathlon is an effective off-season sport for maintaining fitness through cross training.
