High Performance Triathlon Program

The high performance Triathlon Program provides a unique opportunity for students to develop their physical fitness and skills required for the three disciplines of triathlon – swim, bike and run. Triathlon is one of the fastest growing sports around the world.

The program allows students who currently participate in Triathlon to complete some of their training during school time and elevate them to achieve their best. In addition to providing an entire body workout and improving cardiovascular endurance, triathlon is an effective off-season sport for maintaining fitness through cross training.

Students will have access to equipment and facilities such as giant road bikes and the school pool to assist with their training.

What does the program entail?

The program is designed to provide an entry pathway in to the sport and elevate them to achieve their best. Students focus on developing their skills and fitness whilst working in line with Triathlon Australia Nationally Accredited Standards.
